1) Login to the live chat system and click "Get html code"
Follow the wizard until you have the code you would like for your live chat plugin.2) Login to your wordpress websites admin panel.
3) Click "Appearance" and then click "Widgets"
4) Drag the "Text" widget to your sidebar.
5) Edit the "Text" widget and add a Title to it, Something like "Talk to us now!"
6) Copy your HTML code from the IMsupporting "get html code" page and paste it into the "Text" widget.
7) Click close.
Done.
If you refresh your blog, You should see the Live chat button on the sidebar.
