This is the screen that you and your operators see when chatting to a website visitor.

This screen also has a special section for you to chat to other operators behind the scenes.
This helps you collaborate with other staff if needed without the end user knowing.

You also have the option to use canned messages to answer common questions quickly and to use the "call for help" button.
Calling for help will highlight the chat session so another member of staff can join you and take over teh chat if needed.
