The user / visitor chat screen.

This is the screen that your website visitors will see when they start a new live chat with you or your support staff.

You can customize this with your own header image and custom welcome text.

Your visitor will also be able to see when an operator is replying to them so they know an answer is on its way.

Dont worry though.. You can disable this live chat feature at any time.

All chat screens convert smiley codes into emoticons and will also convert all website addresses into clickable links.

The admin / operator live chat screen.

This is the screen that you and your operators see when chatting to a website visitor.

This screen also has a special section for you to chat to other operators behind the scenes.
This helps you collaborate with other staff if needed without the end user knowing.

You also have the option to use canned messages to answer common questions quickly and to use the "call for help" button.
Calling for help will highlight the chat session so another member of staff can join you and take over teh chat if needed.
