IMsupporting works on a credit system, This way you ONLY pay for what you use.
There are two types of credits.
Chat credits
SMS credits
Chat credits are used for your support requests, Every time you open a new session to one of your visitors it costs (1) credit.
SMS credits are used for the SMS mobile phone alerts, (1) credit is used per message.
Chat Credit prices.
Prices vary on the amount you buy. The more you buy the cheaper they are. It normally works out to be around 5p per credit. ( unless you buy the daily credits )
SMS credits.
SMS credits are priced at £15 for 100.
Monthly subscriptions.
Depending on how many chat requests you recieve, It may be cheaper to buy a subscription.
For example.
If you get around 10 to 15 requests a day, you could buy the £9.99 package.
This package will give you 15 credits to use EVERY day for a month.
This is cheaper than buying credits on a per credit basis.
