We use the support software on a few pages:

- our main page
- our purchase page
- our help pages.

We also use a neat trick where on our main page we have "2" live help icons.

The top icon ONLY shows when we are online.

How did we do this?
Well, We uploaded 2 icons, One for when were online and one for when were offline.
The offline image is 1x1px in size and only has a transparent BG.

This means when were offline, It doesnt show anything.
